  Creating my student NetMail account
  Question
How do I create my student NetMail account?
  Answer

Before you can start using your student NetMail account, you must first activate your NetMail account password by following the steps outlined below:

1. Go to the NetMail Account Maintenance page.

2. Enter your student identification number and PIN.

If you don't know your student ID number, you can find it on your Student ID Card, printed on your fee receipt or on your printed class schedule. If you don't have any of these items, click on "Student ID Number Look Up." Your PIN is your date of birth (mmddyy). If you don't know your PIN, click on "PIN Look Up."

3. Click the "Submit" button.

4. On the next page, titled "Status Information," click on "Press Button to Activate Your NetMail Account."

5. On the next page, enter your new NetMail password in the text boxes labeled "NetMail Password" and "Retype NetMail Password." Enter your PIN in the text box labeled "Re-enter DCCCD PIN."

6. Read the agreement and check the box next to "CHECK BOX TO AGREE."

7. Click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.

8. Now you can log in to NetMail using your user name (the first part of your e-mail address, before the @) and your new NetMail password.

If you are having difficulty activating your account, and you can't find the solution in the NetMail Frequently Asked Questions, contact your college NetMail administrator.
