You may request a free copy of your official transcript online, by mail or fax, or in person. Phone requests are not accepted. A transcript will be released only if all obligations to DCCCD have been settled.
A transcript remains on file for every student who has attended a credit course within DCCCD regardless of when they attended that course. Requesting your free transcript online If you have an eConnect account, you may request a free copy of your official transcript online by doing the following: - Go to eConnect (http://econnect.dcccd.edu)
- Select the Current Credit Student Menu
- Log in to see all your menu options. Note: You will need your seven-digit student ID# and password to log in
- Select "My Personal Information"
- Select "Request My Transcript"
- Follow the prompts to complete your request
Note: Since your transcript is a listing of all credit courses taken within the colleges of DCCCD, it is not necessary to submit a request for transcript to each college that you attended.
