Counseling and Advising

Financial Aid

Library Resource Center
Questions that are specific to you regarding overdue library material(s) you need to return or renew, or billing inquiries for registration blocks due to lost or overdue library material(s) should be directed to your location's Library circulation desk. If you have any comments, questions, or problems with eConnect that are not answered on our FAQ pages, you can fill out a "Submit A Ticket" form (log in required)*. If you do not have an account on the support site, you will be required to create one before you will be able to log in.

If you feel you need an immediate response, please call us at 972.669.6402, which is answered 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.
If your problem cannot be resolved at this level, it will be escalated to technical support.
Technical support hours are:
Monday - Friday: 7:00 a.m. - midnight
Saturday - Sunday: 1:00 p.m. - midnight
If your call is escalated during a time when technical support is not available, you will receive a response the following business day.
